Is it permissible to marry the daughter of a maternal uncle if the maternal uncle's wife breastfed the maternal uncle more than once, then breastfed the questioner once, knowing that some scholars have issued fatwas prohibiting marriage to her?

Scholars differed regarding the number of sucklings that establish prohibition [of marriage due to fosterage]; the Malikis, Hanafis, and some Hanbalis hold that prohibition is established even by a single suck, whereas the Shafi'is and the sound opinion among the Hanbalis hold that prohibition is not established except by five full sucklings. The preponderant view is that prohibition is not established by less than five full sucklings. Accordingly, a single suckling does not establish prohibition.
