Is the fast of one who relies on Umm Al-Qura's timing, which is ten minutes later than Al-Qunfudhah's new timing, valid, or is it considered abstaining after the Adhan?

It is not permissible to rely on Imsakiyyat (timetables for fasting) except under two conditions: that the issuing authority is knowledgeable and experienced, and that the Imsakiyya is specific to the locality for which it is issued. Whoever does not find a calendar should ascertain for themselves the dawn and sunset or follow a trustworthy muezzin (caller to prayer). The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom has affirmed that "Umm Al-Qura Calendar" is accurate, legitimate, and authenticated, having been validated by the scholars of the Ummah (Muslim community), and it has been proven to conform to the Shariah (Islamic law) timing. By comparing prayer times between Mecca and Al-Qunfudhah, differences in timing become apparent, which confirms the validity of the calendar specific to the city of Al-Qunfudhah.
