Does a fasting person break their fast at the Adhan of Makkah Al-Mukarramah or at the Adhan of Al-Qunfudhah if they fasted in a place that follows Makkah's timing and then traveled to Al-Qunfudhah, whose timing is earlier than Makkah's?

What is obligatory upon you is to fast and break your fast based on the sunset in the city where you are located. So, if dawn overtakes you in your city, then abstain from things that break the fast at that time. And if you travel to another city, then break your fast at sunset there, even if that is earlier than the time for breaking fast in your original city; for the consideration for abstaining and breaking fast is the place where you are located.
