Is blood money obligatory for whoever intentionally orders the abortion of a fetus that is over four months and twenty days old, and is the woman sinful for agreeing to that?

Aborting the fetus after the soul has been breathed into it is forbidden by the unanimous agreement of scholars. Both the direct perpetrator and the one who causes it are considered killers of a soul that Allah has forbidden. If the abortion results in the fetus being born alive after six months and then dying, the full blood money (Diyyah) is due. Before that, a ghurrah is due: a male or female slave, even if it is born dead. The mother's consent to the abortion in this case is forbidden, and she incurs sin.
