Will God forgive one who aborted in the first week, then repented and committed to worship, and who feels deep remorse and fears not being forgiven, and wishes to see her child?

Allah loves those who repent, and remorse is a form of repentance. Allah accepts the repentance of a woman who committed adultery and aborted her fetus before its formation, if her repentance is sincere, in accordance with His saying, the Most High: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good ones. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." The sin of adultery is greater than the sin of aborting the sperm-drop, the حرمة (sanctity/prohibition) of which is disputed. And one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. She must not despair of Allah's mercy, and she should marry a righteous man after her repentance and the completion of her iddah (waiting period), which is like the iddah of a divorced woman, unless pregnancy is apparent. Abortion before formation is not the killing of a respected soul whose حرمة (sanctity/prohibition) is agreed upon, and she is not required to offer expiation or blood money.
