Are there exceptional cases that permit a woman to lead her husband in prayer? And is it mentioned in a Hadith that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, allowed a woman to lead her husband and household in prayer because they were not proficient in it?

It is impermissible for a woman to lead a man in prayer—even if he is her husband—according to the generality of scholars, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A woman should not lead a man [in prayer]." As for the hadith of Umm Waraqah, the correct understanding is that she was commanded to lead the women of her household in prayer, not men.
