Is it permissible for me to perform ablution after finishing work using water from the workplace?

Performing ablution (wudu') during, before, or after work is permissible. If the employer does not explicitly or implicitly prohibit using their water for ablution, then there is no harm in doing so, as it is a matter usually tolerated and falls under the category of customary permission.
