Is the method of buying and selling manufactured gold in bulk, with payment made in installments, considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram) in Islamic Sharia?

If the buying and selling of fabricated gold is done in installments, then this transaction is unlawful due to the presence of Riba an-Nasi'ah (usury of delay). Riba al-Fadl (usury of excess) may also be added to it if the sold item and the price are of the same kind, with a difference in weight, and payment is made in installments.
