We ask Allah to help you get rid of this disease. We have already explained what helps with that in no. 145809 and its related rulings, so please refer to them and adhere to them. We advise you to consult the counseling section of our website. Resolve to abandon it to please Allah, and seek His help. We warn you against committing suicide, for there is no comfort in it; rather, it is a grave sin and exposes one's self to Allah's wrath and punishment. Your repenting and then returning to sin is better than not repenting at all, so beware of Shaytan making you despair of repentance.
