Is it permissible for the owner of a company in a non-Muslim country, who employs non-Muslims, to adopt the view of the majority of scholars that inviting non-Muslims to Islam is a communal obligation (fard kifayah) and leave it to the religious scholars, given the presence of mosques, Islamic centers, and دعاة (preachers/callers to Islam) in that country?

Islamic centers and other preachers are fulfilling the duty of calling to Allah, which removes the burden from individual Muslims and achieves the communal obligation (fard kifayah). Although dawah (calling to Islam) is a communal obligation, a Muslim who is capable of it should not deprive themselves of this great virtue. Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong may become an individual obligation (fard ayn) upon some people if they are the only ones who know about it or are capable of removing it.
