What is the ruling on one who has appointed her husband to stone the Jamarat in Hajj for more than five years?

If a woman appoints her husband or someone else to perform the ramy on her behalf due to an excuse (such as illness or extreme crowding), then the ramy is waived for her. However, if she has no excuse, then a dam (a sheep to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of the Haram) becomes obligatory upon her, and she may appoint someone to carry this out.
