Does congregational prayer inside a Quran memorization center, which the Awqaf (Ministry of Endowments) has refused to recognize as a public prayer area, equal congregational prayer in a mosque?

The designated prayer area (musalla) for prayer holds the same status as a mosque in terms of respect and veneration. It is therefore recommended to greet it upon entering, and those in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) or menstruation (ha'id) are prohibited from entering it. As for comparing prayer within it to prayer in mosques, prayer in a mosque where the call to prayer (adhan (definition)) is made is superior, based on the saying of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him: "Whoever wishes to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, let him observe these prayers where they are called out."
