Is it permissible for a mother to create a fictitious employment contract or academic documents to enable her daughter to enroll in nursery school, knowing that this is the only available method for her, and is it permissible for her to repeat this when she becomes pregnant with her third child?

It is not permissible to circumvent the conditions of custody by forging a certificate that proves the opposite of reality, as this is deception and forgery, which are forbidden by Islamic law. Allah Almighty says: "So avoid the word of falsehood," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not of us." It was also mentioned that bearing false witness and giving false testimony are among the greatest of major sins. Falsehood (al-zur) is describing something contrary to its true nature and includes forgery in documents and records and imitating handwriting with the intent to deceive.
