Is it permissible to fake a pregnancy certificate to submit it to the recruitment office in order to bring one's mother to perform Umrah, and would that affect the mother's Umrah?

Forging certificates is forbidden by the consensus of the Ummah because it is a form of lying, false speech, and false testimony, and it is one of the gravest major sins.

However, forging certificates does not affect the mother's Umrah; it is a sin that pertains only to its perpetrator.
