If you find an improvement and a desire to marry, then seek a religious spouse, pray to Allah for guidance (), and consult trustworthy people. Then propose to her, and frequently supplicate, read the Qur’an, and perform . Know that Ruqyah requires maintaining regular ذكر (remembrance of Allah), adhering to obedience, and avoiding disobedience. A person does not sin by not marrying, unless he fears temptation for himself while being capable of marriage.
