What are the ways to get rid of thinking about محارم (mahareem) and sexual desire towards them, given the current inability to marry and the presence of waswas (obsessive thoughts)?

Thinking about enjoying incest is perverse and not permissible for a Muslim. You must not be alone with any of them or sleep with them in the same room. Adultery is one of the greatest sins, and with محارم (unmarriageable kin), it is even more severe. Its perpetrator is punished in Islam by death, according to some scholars. A brother is commanded to protect his sister's honor, not violate it. Advice: Fear Allah, be diligent in prayers, associate with the righteous, attend gatherings of knowledge, marry or fast for those who cannot afford marriage, remember that Allah is aware of you and the consequences of adultery, increase supplication and seeking forgiveness, and occupy your time with acts of obedience.
