What are the unmarriageable kin (maharem) that one must keep away from, and what is incumbent upon one who committed an atrocity with one of them after sedating her?

Adultery is one of the most heinous major sins, and with a mahram (unmarriageable kin), it is even more prohibited and criminal. Whoever commits it is obligated to repent. There is no harm in a mahram sleeping with his mahram relative in the same house, provided that there is security from fitna (temptation/strife) and safety from physical contact. However, it is not permissible for a man and a woman to be in physical contact under one blanket, even with a barrier between them, if they are both adults. The Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded separating children in their beds when they reach ten years old, and this applies even more so to adults.
