What is the ruling on placing papers containing the name of Allah on the ground next to one's feet, and does that invalidate the fast?

If you stood writing next to the papers and did not place them under your feet, then your action is permissible, and there is no blame upon you. Your fast is valid in any case, and it has no relation to what you did.
