Is it reprehensible to place a bag containing papers with the name of Allah written on them under the car seat, near the feet, if there is no intention of dishonor?

It is obligatory to show respect for anything that contains a name of Allah, or the name of a prophet accompanied by a phrase indicating his prophethood, or a Hadith, or religious knowledge, or the Quran. Such items should not be placed under a chair or near the feet. Among the indications of the reprehensibility or prohibition of this are: extending one's legs towards it, turning one's back to it, stepping over it, or throwing it on the ground. The basis for this is what the Hanafis stated regarding the reprehensibility of extending one's legs towards the Quran or books of Fiqh, unless they are placed on a raised surface above one's level.
