This illness is not an impediment to marriage, neither at its inception nor its continuation, as long as you are able to engage in sexual intercourse and the conditions for marriage are met.
Marriage is only prohibited if it leads to something unlawful, or to harm to the wife that is not sanctioned by Islamic law, such as the inability to engage in sexual intercourse or to provide maintenance.
The afflicted person should disclose their condition to the woman they intend to marry, in order to avoid future disputes.
