Is it permissible for a woman suffering from a chronic mental illness to marry, knowing that she will disclose her illness to her fiancé?

Marriage to a mentally ill person is permissible. No scholar has ever deemed it impermissible. In fact, the four imams concurred on the permissibility of marrying a person afflicted with madness, so by extension, a mentally ill person is even more permissible.
