Are the terms "Islam" and "Sharia" of a sanctity equal to the sanctity of the names of Allah and the names of the Prophets?

If the word "Islam" is neither a possessive noun nor a person's name, then it is the name of the religion that Allah accepts no other, and its sanctity is like the sanctity of the names of Allah. As for the word "Sharia," what is usually meant by it is Islamic Sharia, and it commands respect like the word "Islam." Sometimes, it may also refer to the Sharia in which the texts of the divine law have been mixed with the jurists' interpretations, and this too is respectable. However, its sanctity in matters of ijtihad (independent reasoning) is not like the sanctity of the revealed Sharia.
