Is it permissible to purchase an unbuilt house through a monthly installment system where the value of the installments increases with salary raises, and is this considered usury (riba)?

For a sale to be valid, the price must be known. This is not achieved by linking the price to a salary increase or inflation. Purchasing an unbuilt house in monthly installments is done through an Istisna' contract.
