Linguistically, moisture (الرطوبة) is derived from the verb "ratuba" (رطُب), meaning something became damp or moist, which is the opposite of dry or arid, signifying wetness and dampness. The technical meaning does not deviate from the linguistic meaning.
As for vaginal moisture (رطوبة الفرج), it is a white fluid that fluctuates between (pre-seminal fluid) and perspiration. Scholars have differed regarding its purity or impurity. The adopted by us is that it is pure.
