You are afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering), and you must ignore it and pay no attention to it. Divorce does not occur by anything you mentioned. You must banish the whispers of Satan and live your life normally, and do not think about divorce no matter what Satan casts into your heart. A divorce by kinayah (allusive/indirect expression) does not occur unless you utter a phrase that could imply divorce, with a firm intention to bring about divorce.
