Does a person's saying "You are single now," or repeating the phrase "The one with waswasah (whispers/obsessive thoughts) will not fall," or talking to oneself saying "Soon you will go to your mother," with the intention of allusion, or questioning the reason for the wife's delay after seeking refuge from Satan, or searching for topics of infallibility ( عصمة), or saying "I don't want him" to a worker who is not performing well, or advising the wife to commit something forbidden, or the mother saying to the wife "Go greet your maternal cousin who is my brother," or saying "Go to Mama" to my daughter, constitute waswasah and have an impact on a person's life, and does one live in a state of haram because of these thoughts?

What you mentioned does not affect the validity of the marital bond, because allusive expressions (kinayat) require intention and purpose to effect a divorce. Merely reading the word "divorce" or narrating it does not bring about a divorce. Rather, these are only whisperings () and delusions. If you wish to rid yourself of them, then turn away from them and do not think about them, and seek refuge in Allah.
