The divorce of an angry person is effective if his mind is not overcome. An immediate divorce is effective even if it is a threat or without intention. As for conditional divorce, there is a difference of opinion. The majority of scholars hold that it is effective, while some scholars do not consider it effective if divorce was not intended by it. If a divorce occurs, the husband can reconcile with his wife as long as she is within her waiting period (iddah), if it was the first or second divorce. It is advisable to refer such cases to the court.
