Is Hajj obligatory upon a married couple if the amount allocated for it is insufficient to cover their daughters' educational expenses and future needs?

Among the conditions for Hajj to be obligatory is the ability to afford provisions (zad) and a ride (rahilah). Provisions refer to what the pilgrim needs for their journey, going and coming, including food, drink, and clothing. It is stipulated that these provisions must be in excess of the expenses of those whose maintenance is obligatory upon the pilgrim. Therefore, the costs of educating daughters or the future requirements of their husbands do not justify delaying Hajj for one who is able to perform it. A Muslim should have good faith in Allah and be certain that He will compensate them for what they spend in His path. Therefore, it is advisable to hasten to perform Hajj for whoever is able to do so.
