Intentionally inhaling an inhaler spoils the fast if it has a physical substance and reaches the stomach; however, it does not spoil it if it is unintentional. As for applying oil or cream, it does not spoil the fast or ablution, unless it is swallowed or its taste intentionally reaches the throat.
