Is the testimony of witnesses considered perjury if they testify that I am a veterinarian and deny the incident of delivery, and what is the ruling on someone who claims to have received a sum of money when he did not, knowing that I do not know them and they do not know me?
The owner of the company and the one who bought the receipt are both sinful, because they have wrongfully consumed wealth, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully." The ruling of a judge does not change the unlawful into lawful, nor the lawful into unlawful; rather, it is binding outwardly. It is permissible for a woman to use what fends off their evil, and it is preferable to resort to dissimulation (tawriyah) and allusions (ma'areedh), and lying is not permissible except out of necessity. It is not permissible for two witnesses to bear witness to something they do not know.
