Is it permissible to marry a woman who smokes, drinks alcohol, and is not veiled, with the command for her to abandon these reprehensible acts?

Marriage to a dissolute woman is valid, and there is no sin upon the husband for it. However, it may become a cause of misery for him if he does not choose his wife well. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided us to choose a religious woman. If a woman drinks alcohol, displays herself immodestly (tabarruj), and smokes, and has not repented sincerely from these abominations, then the husband must leave her and seek someone else who is pleasing in her religion and character.
