Is it permissible to register a baby girl in the name of someone other than her father because her father does not acknowledge her, knowing that she is the result of an illegitimate relationship? And what is the ruling on this person marrying the girl's mother and the girl being attributed to him legally (in Sharia)?

It is not permissible to attribute the daughter to the man, because the Shari'ah has forbidden adoption. There is no objection to marrying her mother if she repents from adultery, but it is not permissible to attribute the daughter to the man even if he marries her mother.
