Is it permissible to possess government compensation for crop loss resulting from lack of rain, knowing that the compensation amount exceeded the actually cultivated area?

Muslims are bound by the conditions for compensation set by the state, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, one must refer to the officials, clarify the reality of the matter, and adhere to what has been decided regarding the amount of compensation and the beneficiary.
