How can one refute the argument of non-Muslims that the Hadith in "Sahih Muslim" concerning Jesus (peace be upon him), "No disbeliever who smells the scent of his breath but dies," indicates his ability to give life and cause death?

When Jesus, peace be upon him, descends, any disbeliever who perceives the scent of his breath will die. This does not contradict his status as a servant and messenger of Allah, because this power to cause death is from Allah Almighty to Jesus himself, just as his previous ability to raise the dead was by Allah's permission. The disbeliever referred to here includes the Christians who believe in the divinity of Jesus, and Jesus will not accept any religion from them other than Islam. This confirms the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that Jesus will break the cross, kill the swine, and abolish the jizya.
