Do the abilities God gave Jesus—such as the power of his breath to kill disbelievers and to raise the dead—mean that people might get confused and believe that Jesus is the one who grants life and death, even though God is the true Doer?

The descent of Jesus (peace be upon him) at the end of time at the white minaret east of Damascus, his killing of the Dajjal (Antichrist), and the death of the disbeliever by his very breath, all are proofs of his prophethood and not causes for doubt. Rather, reason and innate disposition are guided by these miracles to his truthfulness. Doubt could only be conceived if he had remained silent about clarifying the truth. However, Jesus (peace be upon him) was given these proofs while calling to the Oneness of Allah, just as he had previously done with his miracles and his declaration: "Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him."

Upon his descent at the end of time, he will rule by the Sharia of Islam, break the cross, kill the swine, abolish the jizyah (tribute), and accept nothing but Islam, which confirms that he will not call to his previous religion. The narrations have been consecutively transmitted regarding this, such as the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Soon will the Son of Mary descend among you as a just judge, and he will break the cross, kill the swine, and abolish the jizyah." This descent will remove the doubts of those who took him as a god.
