Is it permissible to refrain entirely from procreation due to the fear of repeatedly bearing sick children as a result of consanguineous marriage?

Whoever loses a child and shows patience and seeks Allah's reward will attain Paradise. And it will be said to the angels: "Build for My servant a house in Paradise and call it the House of Praise (Bayt al-Hamd)." This alleviates the husband's fear of having children. He should confront this by relying on Allah, supplicating, and giving charity. If the husband fears impatience, there is no harm in using temporary contraceptives.
