Is it permissible to acquire a Visa card from Al-Rajhi Bank and use it for purchases, while paying an annual fee for the card, with the bank not taking any commission on the amounts purchased, and using it for things other than the six categories mentioned in the Hadith of the Chosen One, peace be upon him?

It is permissible to obtain and use these cards, and the fee that the bank takes for issuing them is lawful. It is permissible to purchase whatever goods and items you wish with them. It is permissible to purchase gold, silver, and other usurious commodities with this card if the amount is deposited directly into the seller's account, or is recorded on a document containing the cardholder's details, serving as a certified check.
