Does the opening takbir (takbirat al-ihram) become waived for someone who finds extreme difficulty pronouncing it due to jinn possession (mass), and takes a long time trying to utter it?

If a Muslim is unable to utter the complete opening takbir due to an ailment or illness, he should pronounce what he is capable of, and what he is unable to pronounce is waived for him; because what one is unable to do is waived in Islamic law. If he is capable of uttering part of it and it conveys meaning, he should do so. It is advisable to seek treatment for the tongue's ailment through reciting the Quran and legitimate ruqyah (definition).
