How can one address the feeling of stagnation regarding Allah Almighty's grace and blessings, and the lack of increasing love for Him, as is the case with humans who bestow gifts, despite being immersed in His blessings and immense grace?
The love of God is the foundation of servitude, and it stems from contemplating His immeasurable and countless blessings. He, glory be to Him, is the Greatest Benefactor who showers His servants with benevolence at every moment, averts harm from them, preserves them, provides for them, and grants them well-being, despite His absolute self-sufficiency and their dire need for Him. Despite the sins and disobedience of His servants, He calls them to repentance and accepts it, facilitates for them the paths to draw near to Him through acts of obedience and Hajj, rejoices in their repentance, descends to the lowest heaven to inquire about their needs, and calls the wrongdoer to repentance. These blessings and benevolence inspire love for Him, glory be to Him, and this love increases as the servant reflects upon His perfection and beauty.
