What is the ruling on working in the General Organization for Social Insurance and Pensions?

That which pertains to insurances and pensions, if it conforms to the rulings of Islamic law and is free from gharar (excessive uncertainty), gambling, and usury, then there is no harm in working with it. But if it is not so, then it is impermissible.
