What is the way to get rid of the tremor in the hands and feet, which increases when reciting ruqyah verses? Is it an affliction or a punishment? And what should I do regarding the suitor who proposed to me, knowing that he is unaware of my problem?

Tremors are not necessarily a punishment for sin; they may be a trial. One should seek a cure for them through supplication (du'a) and legitimate means such as medicine and ruqya al-shar'iyya (Islamic exorcism/healing). As for informing a suitor about this illness, it is obligatory if the illness is off-putting. Otherwise, it is not obligatory, but informing them is preferable to avoid dispute.
