Is the death of an employee due to high blood pressure, resulting from a dispute with his manager, considered a work-related injury, and is the money received as compensation permissible if colleagues testify to the incident?

Testimony is permissible for one who has knowledge of something, and it is not permissible for him to testify about what he does not know, based on the Almighty's saying: "Except for those who bear witness to the truth, and they know" (Quran 43:86), and His saying: "And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge" (Quran 17:36). And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do you see the sun? He said: Yes. He said: Bear witness to something like it, or leave it."

As for the permissibility of the money, it depends on two matters: 1. That what the witnesses testified to matches reality, and it is not permissible to act upon the testimony of a liar. 2. Referring to doctors to determine the cause of death, then referring to the labor regulations to know if the injury necessitates compensation.
