What is your advice regarding the days when prayer is forbidden, and is it permissible to prostrate to God with supplication during them? If not, what are the permissible alternatives to avoid ill temper and nervousness, which may lead to marital problems?

Voluntary prostration (sujud mutlaq) for a menstruating woman is not legislated due to the absence of evidence for its permissibility. However, she can exert herself in the remembrance of Allah through tasbih (glorification), tahmid (praise), tahlil (declaration of Allah's oneness), sending blessings upon the Prophet, and supplication. Reciting the Quran is also permissible for her according to many scholars.
