Is sharing a colleague's oil allowance, which exceeds his needs, a sin for him or for me?

The colleague must use what the company dispenses according to its orders, as it is known that the company pays for that for the benefit of the work. It is not permissible to dispose of the quantity of gasoline contrary to the company's orders and regulations. One must repent to Allah and return the value of the gasoline to the company if possible; otherwise, donate its value to charitable causes. The colleague is a foreigner, so it is not permissible to be overly familiar in conversation with him. If there is a need, it should be limited to that need, while adhering to the manners of Islam.
