How is the inheritance of a man distributed who died leaving a wife, and has no sons or daughters, and has a full brother who died before him and has sons and daughters, and has two full sisters, and a brother and sister from the mother only?

Nieces are not among the heirs, and a brother who dies first does not inherit from his brother. If a person dies leaving behind: a wife, two full sisters, a brother and a sister from the mother's side, and sons of a full brother, and no one else, then the wife gets one-fourth, the two full sisters get two-thirds, and the brother and sister from the mother's side get one-third, divided equally between them. The sons of the full brother inherit what remains by ta'sib (agnatic relation), but if nothing remains for them, they are excluded. This issue is a 'a'ilah (proportionately reduced) case, and the inheritance is divided into 15 shares: 3 for the wife, 8 for the two full sisters (4 for each), 2 for the brother from the mother's side, and 2 for the sister from the mother's side.
