What is the ruling on searching for email addresses on the internet to send da'wah messages to an educational website?

It is impermissible to hack websites to obtain protected emails and addresses. As for those that are not protected, it is permissible to search for them in order to invite their owners to a beneficial educational website, provided that it is free from শরী'আ-prohibited elements.
