The answer

Working in the field of alcoholic beverages is forbidden in any form, and it is forbidden to benefit from a retirement grant from a liquor factory. This grant should not be returned to the factory, but rather spent on the welfare of Muslims. If the retiree or their family is in need, it is permissible for them to benefit from it due to their poverty. Otherwise, it should be spent on teaching the Qur'an and Islamic sciences, or other Muslim welfare projects such as mosques, wells, hospitals, and roads. The same ruling applies to his wife if she is granted her husband's retirement salary. As for the ruling on accepting a gift from someone whose wealth is illicit, this has been clarified in previous fatwas.
