What is the interpretation of the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you are actually pledging allegiance to Allah..." to the end of the verse?

The verse, "Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you are actually pledging allegiance to Allah. The hand of Allah is above their hands..." means that the pledge of allegiance given by the Companions to the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, at the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, not to flee, was in fact a pledge to Allah Almighty, because they sold themselves to Allah in exchange for Paradise. "The hand of Allah is above their hands" means Allah's fulfillment of His promise to them, or that His hand was above their hands during the pledge. Whoever breaks the pledge, its consequence is upon him, and whoever fulfills it will have a great reward, which is Paradise. This verse was revealed concerning the Pledge of Ridwan when the Companions pledged allegiance to the Prophet to fight and not to flee.
