A husband is not allowed to prevent his wife's parents from visiting her in his home, even if his own parents order him to do so, unless they are corrupting her against him or he fears harm from their visit. Obedience to parents is in what is right and proper, and preventing the wife's mother from visiting her without a valid reason is not among what is right and proper.
