Does Islamic law obligate a wife to remain in a marriage where the husband is subjected to humiliation, beatings, and lack of financial support, in addition to being accused of practicing sorcery, especially after the husband has divorced her?

Marriage should be a source of tranquility and reassurance, and this is achieved when each spouse fulfills their duties. Among the wife's rights upon her husband are good companionship, financial support, providing an independent dwelling, and justice among wives [if he has more than one]. If the husband is negligent in these rights and says to his wife: "You are divorced," then this is an explicit divorce. Divorce may hold benefit for both spouses if their situation has deteriorated. If the husband has the right to revoke the divorce (raj’ah) but the wife does not wish to return to him, she may redeem herself from him with compensation (khul'). It is also important to warn about the gravity of abandoning prayer, for it is one of the major sins.
